No Return / No Exchange
All sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges once an order has been placed and delivered.
No Cash on Delivery (COD)
We do not offer Cash on Delivery. All orders must be prepaid at the time of purchase.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
We take utmost care in packaging and quality checks. However, in the rare case that you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. Please create a video while unpacking the product, it help us to fight scams. To process such requests, we require a clear unboxing video as proof, showing the package being opened from start to finish.
Without an unboxing video, we may not be able to process any claims.
Resolution for valid cases may include a replacement or store credit at our discretion.
